- Ensuring that all the terms are met and also assisting in monitoring rental payments.
- Ensuring that the Tenant’s requirements are met-once the Lease is signed.
We would assist in ensuring the tenant is provided with everything they have requested, as agreed upon with
the Owner; including telephone lines, internet services, and satellite TV services, etc. - Coordinating with the Juristic person of the building, assisting in paying Maintenance Costs while you are away,
assisting Tenants in getting acquainted with the Juristic person. - Assisting the Owner in carrying out minor to major repairs, such as repainting the unit, repairing and replacing
any faulty appliances or equipment. - Ensure that there is regular communication- that there is regular updated information, about the status
of the property or any important issues, or special requests from the Tenants or Juristic person.
